The hotel was indeed clean and tidy, which is always a great start to a trip. It was also located in a fairly central area, making it easy to explore the city and its surrounding areas. The breakfast, while not amazing, was satisfactory and offered a decent selection.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was super clean, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. Location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and parking. The staff were friendly and always happy to help.

Our recent stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was sparkling clean and had ample amenities. the breakfast served was satisfactory and we appreciated the variety. the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to several local attractions and markets. we enjoyed the view from our window and found the parking to be manageable.
The communication from the reception staff could have been more informative and polite during our check-in process, it made us feel unwelcome.

Spent my New Year at a hotel and it was a decent experience. the breakfast offered was satisfying and the rooms were clean and well, maintained. the hotel's location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and amenities. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the accommodating staff, who were always available to assist with any queries or concerns.
The hotel's reception staff could improve on their customer service skills. They failed to provide important information during check, in and were unprofessional during the check, out process, causing inconvenience.
